Winning ?! Of course, we all want to win - children, parents and coaches. But to the victories leads a long way with lots of obstacles. The priority for us is to form the child's personality, a positive attitude towards sports and fair play - but victories are also important if we come to them the right way. Of course, we want to have competitive children.
It is very important for our team that everyone - coaches, parents - understand the basics idea and vision of children's football. It doesn't matter if grows out to be a professional football player, will play football at an amateur level or decide to do another sport. Together we can create a certain lifestyle for our children, which they can follow . Our goal is to educate a confident, independent, responsible and a positive-minded person who will not get lost in modern society. Person that will love to play for our club or remember the places where he/she found a lot of friends and great coaches.
Not so long ago, children learned football by playing the game for hours on end, on the street or in the park, making their own rules. It was ‘free play’, and they played because they enjoyed it. There were no adults to ‘interfere’. For a many reasons, street football has disappeared. The challenge for our club is is to re-create that environment of ‘fun’ and ‘freedom’, in order to deliver the learning experiences that street football used to provide. We believe that this approach will give thousands of young footballers enjoyable, active football experiences, and hopefully foster a love and passion for the game that will last a lifetime. And it will help produce more ‘creative’ players and ‘skilful dribblers’; players that can make a difference in a game.
